The Genius Behind Our Work

Shrishti is an Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of experience, having worked across ACT and NSW in diverse settings including community health, aged care, rehabilitation, and private clinics.

With a strong interest in paediatrics, Shrishti is passionate about supporting individuals with developmental and neurological conditions. She values continuity of care and takes a collaborative approach with clients and their families. Her work focuses on promoting functional independence, introducing assistive technology where appropriate, and supporting clients through pathways such as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Individualised Living Options (ILO).

Shrishti is registered with AHPRA and actively engages in ongoing professional development. She also has experience supervising occupational therapists at various stages of their careers.

Outside of her professional life, Shrishti enjoys gardening, cooking, and connecting with people from all backgrounds.
